Golf Course Opening

We have been very spoiled over the last 4 years of having temperatures above average for this time of year.  This year seems to be treating us a little different.  Can you believe a year ago we were dealing with 70 degree + temperatures in March and now we can't even thaw out the ground long enough to put bunkers back.

We continue to watch the 7 day forcast and monitor course conditions to see when we can open the golf course.  Right now we are focused on next Wednesday (4/3/2013) to be our opening day but will depend on how quick the snow melts off and how much rain we get this weekend.

 

In the mean time, here is what the course looked like today.  As you can see, there is still a large amount of snow on the course and will probably be Friday before we can see all the ground again.

We will continue to keep everyone informed on the condition of the course and when we can open!!!!
